25th Anniversary Celebration

Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre has celebrated its 25th anniversary at Government House on the 22nd September 2009. Stakeholders, community members, clients and former and current staff have celebrated the event at a reception hosted by the Governor of Victoria, Professor David de Kretser, AC.
