CERTIFICATE II in HOSPITALITY To gain employment in cafes, hotels and restaurants as a waiter/waitress or a bar attendant providing customer service.  4 days per week for 6 weeks + work placement
CERTIFICATE II in RETAIL To gain employment in the retail industry providing product and sales information to customers, selling, replenishing and maintaining stock. 4 days per week for 6 weeks + work placement
CERTIFICATE III in BUSINESS To gain employment in an office environment as an administrative assistant or receptionist in a large organisation. 2 days per week for 6 months + 150 hours work placement
CERTIFICATE III in CHILDREN'S SERVICES To gain employment in childcare facilities working with children from babies to toddlers and pre kindergarten. 

3 days per week for 3 months + 150 hours work placement

OR

2 days per week for 6 months + 150 hours Work Placement

CERTIFICATE III in AGED CARE To gain employment as a support worker in residential facilities as well as working with clients in their homes and other community settings to assist with the activities of daily living.

16 weeks composed of:
239 hours in class
150 hours work placement
144 hours out of class activities

TOTAL 553 hours

CERTIFICATE III in HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE To gain employment as a support worker in residential facilities as well as working with clients in their homes and other community settings to assist with the activities of daily living.

14 weeks composed of:
200 hours in class
150 hours work placement
123 hours out of class activities

TOTAL 473 hours

DIPLOMA of CHILDREN'S SERVICES To learn how to plan, implement and manage programs in early childhood services. At this level you may have responsibility for supervision of staff. 1 day per week for 12 months + work placement for the duration of the course
To gain employment assisting people with disabilities in residential group homes, training resource centres, day respite centres, open employment services, community settings and clients’ homes. 2 days per week for 8 months + 200 hours work placement
CERTIFICATE II in COMMUNITY SERVICES To gain employment assisting in the community service sector. 2 days per week for 3 months + work placement
CERTIFICATE II in GENERAL EDUCATION FOR ADULTS To gain valuable study skills in preparation for further study.  2 days per week for 3 months

Students MUST complete a Graduation Form to receive their certificate. This can be found under the Student Information Tab.
