About us

Spectrum Immigration Services (SIS) has been practising since 2007. SIS is a

 not for profit immigration service with offices located in the inner Melbourne suburbs of Preston and Sunshine. We advise and represent clients from around the world on all aspects of migration law.

Every matter is treated on an individual basis and we pride ourselves in delivering a quality, professional service within our unique, caring and family-oriented environment and always in a cost-effective manner.

We work closely with our clients to help them achieve the outcomes that they and their families are seeking. We also offer referral for new arrivals to Australia through our post-arrival support services provided by Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre.

Over the last 5 years SIS has advised over 1,900 individuals, families and businesses and represented more than 420 clients with their migration applications, achieving high success rates. We also present at community and legal forums as well as contribute to educational, community and legal publications.  

Our migration agents have vast experience in a diverse range of migration matters. Our team includes trained lawyers who are accredited with the Law Institute of Victoria, as well as being MARA registered migration agents bound by the MARA Code of Conduct.

We take the time to explain the immigration system and how it can be utilised for your needs.

As a not-for-profit organisation, the Migrant Resource Centre offers a real alternative for high quality immigration legal advice.

• We offer an initial 30 minute consultation, so you can decide if SIS is the right service for you.
• Our staff are qualified and experienced migration lawyers and agents so you get the right advice every time.
• We offer competitive rates, and a range of payment options to our clients.
• We offer referrals to our post-arrival support services to assist with housing and relocation.

How can SIS help you?

The Australian immigration system can be difficult to understand when you are trying to stay in Australia and/or sponsoring people from overseas. Our friendly and professional staff can help you with most visa application and appeals including Skilled, Family, Employer sponsors, Student, Visitor, Refugee and Humanitarian visas.

How much will I pay?

Spectrum Immigration Services fees are only designed to cover the cost of providing the service, and therefore we can make it as affordable as possible for you. We are proud to be able to provide such high quality advice and service for such a low cost. Payment options are also very flexible and will be negotiated to suit your needs.

The fee for our initial 30 minute consultation is $95.00 (incl GST).
