Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre is a non-profit organisation that provides services and support to migrants and refugees.

Our Employment Services team are looking for a new Administration / Receptionist to join the Thomastown team and provide exceptional customer service to jobseekers.

You'll need:

* outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and relate well to a culturally diverse client group

* to be highly organised and be able to multi-task and respond quickly to changing priorities

* to be proficient with MS Office and be able to learn quickly

* a warm, friendly and helpful approach
