Is setting up new systems and helping a new service grow something that excites you?

We have recently established a new arm of Spectrum MRC to meet an increasing need that we see with may of our clients and their families who often struggle or drop out of mainstream courses and training. Because we are a specialist provider of services to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, we understand the needs and the most appropriate models to support CALD learners. Spectrum Education & Training (SET) commenced mid this year and has a specific emphasis on:

  • high quality training and assessment services,
  • developing culturally tailored material for its own courses,
  • documenting and training other providers in best practice CALD teaching and assessment methodologies.

This pivotal role will be the face and voice of the service, ensuring that students receive the highest level of service and support and all other stakeholders needs are met. You'll need to have a real empathy and understanding of the issues facing many of our students and be able to support them in making decisions about their study.

In addition to the high student contact and customer service responsibilities, you'll be a multi-skilled administrator capable of understanding and complying with RTO requirements, quality systems and all of the financial and business requirements of running a small business.
