About the Role

The Administration Officer will maintain a high level of professional customer service to all job seekers and will ensure the smooth operation of reception and administrative functions, related to contract compliance and reporting.

The position reports directly to the Manager, Skill Fill.

Requirements

Essential

  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Backgrounds (CALD).
  • Superior organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-skill and meet tight deadlines.
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to produce user friendly reports.
  • Proven initiative and willingness to go the extra mile to support jobseekers and team mates.
  • The ability to learn quickly and the flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities.

Other Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Ability to speak a relevant second language will be highly regarded.
