| About the Role |
The Experience Counts project is an innovative program designed to link skilled mature age workers, from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, into employment in the aged care industry, and provide new employment pathways for people who have either been retrenched or unemployed. Spectrum is proud of our award winning aged care service that is culturally responsive to the communities that we support, by matching the culture and language skills of workers to families. We’re looking for an experienced project leader with a commitment to assist in establishing a workforce that provides casual employment to mature aged workers (55+) retrenched or re entering the workforce. If you have experience in marketing, workforce development (recruitment / training) and enjoy working collaboratively with other stakeholders, then this might be the next exciting role for you!
