• Promoting and marketing MHSS brokerage services to prospective aged care brokers in the west, so as to meet monthly targets during the first six months
• Assisting MHSS North Western Region team to recruit 60 workers for training and employment within the first 12 months
• Working collaboratively with MHSS Team leader to establish partnerships for the purpose of increasing business outcomes for the program
• Presenting at conferences, forums, and network meetings to promote the MHSS program in the west

Essential

• High level of expertise and competency in business development
• Demonstrated experience in successful negotiation and marketing
• Good knowledge of western region local government area
• Knowledge of home and community care industry needs, particularly in relation to brokerage service development;
• Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with broad range of agencies, employers etc;
• Demonstrated competence in planning and priority setting, including the ability to meet accountability and reporting requirements and deadlines;
• Well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to promote to and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, especially employers and industry associations;
• Demonstrated administrative experience, including sound computer skills;
• Previous experience working in aged care or similar human services program at a case management or program coordination level;
• A current drivers license and access to own vehicle during work hours
• Demonstrated positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and working as part of a team.

Other Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded
