Following a recent internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a highly organized & strongly customer focused professional to join our Broadmeadows team. As a full time Customer Service / Administration Officer your key responsibilities will be: - to create a warm, welcoming and professional environment for jobseekers and other customers - phone and counter reception tasks - signing up new jobseekers and supporting jobseekers them with using equipment and applying for roles - ensuring the office runs smoothly – maintaining supplies, ensuring the office is well presented, following up on maintenance and security - administrative support to the team and site We are seeking experienced reception / administrative applicants with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly developed administrative talents and who are flexible and can multi-task.
