This position will work within the Spectrum Education, Employment and Training (SET) team. The key objective of this position is to manage and implement SET’s financial, data and record processes and documentation according to SET and SMRC’s Quality Procedures.

• Demonstrated strong financial, data and information management skills, ensuring accuracy of work at all times.
• Knowledge and experience working with financial systems such as ACCPAC and education & training systems such as VET Trak and the SVTS.
• Experience in the preparation of professional and user friendly reports in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills, including interpersonal and communication.
• Strong IT skills including all Windows applications, especially Excel.
• A current driver’s licence.
