| About the Role |
As a position which works with staff across the organisation and stakeholders from across the sector and communities, this position will play a key role in achieving the goals within these key result areas. The role is pivotal to Spectrum MRC successfully harnessing and fostering existing and new relationships for program partnerships, ensuring our responsiveness as we gain new grants/tenders to build community capacity amongst migrant and refugee communities and ensure the Spectrum MRC achieves its vision in all service delivery areas. This position involves evidence-based submission writing, which is integral to the provision of business development for all of Spectrum MRC’s core service delivery areas - Settlement and Family Services (S&FS), Spectrum Education & Training (SET) and Aged & Disability Services (A&DS).
