Spectrum Employment Services works with culturally and linguistically doverse jobseekers to help them find suitable employment. The role of Reverse Marketer is central within the team, working closely with Employment Consultants and helping to match jobseekers with suitable employers either by:

• promoting jobseekers directly to employers
• identifying vacancies with employers and matching these to jobseekers

Highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to influence others is essential, together with previous sales / marketing experience and a proactive approach to work. You'll have clearly defined targets and KPI's, but how you go about achieving this will rely on your tenacity and creativity!
