| About the Role |
Spectrum MRC has recently signed a new, 3-year contract with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) to deliver CCS. This new contract involves changes to the existing program, which have led to the creation of the Senior Settlement Case Manager position. Whilst service innovation is an ongoing process within CCS, the next six months will see the implementation of major changes, and the Senior Settlement Case Manager will be a key driver of these changes. The Senior Settlement Case Manager (Senior CM) will be responsible for undertaking Crisis Interventions, Initial Needs Assessments and developing Case Management Plans. In most cases, after this initial work and planning has been completed, the Senior CM will undertake a thorough and supported handover to a Settlement Case Manager, who will undertake the Case Management component of the program. The Senior CM will be responsible for some ongoing Case Management. The Senior CM will contribute their professional knowledge and expertise to ongoing service innovation within a team setting.
