| Requirements |
Essential
- Possess a tertiary qualification in either Tourism, Hospitality and Events; Retail or Business Services and current industry experience.
- Possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Demonstrated effective resource coordination experience, especially staff.
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks and to change priorities as the need arises, under limited supervision.
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to promote to and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, especially employers and industry associations.
- Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and the ability to present information in varying formats.
- A current driver’s license and access to own vehicle during work hours.
Other Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in training around language, literacy & numeracy (LLN).
- Previous experience working with CALD clients/students.
- Ability to speak a second language
