| About the Role |
Are you passionate about working with young people? Can you connect and relate across all cultures? Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre (SMRC) has 25 years experience working with migrants and refugees to successfully settle and participate in all aspects of community life. Over the past years, our programs have expanded to include innovative parenting, men and family relationship programs and a range of youth initiatives. There’s a lot more that we can do to ensure that families and young people have culturally responsive services that help them better adjust to their new lives in Australia. The key objectives of this position are to:
