Planned Activity Groups
Planned Activity Groups (PAG) & Small and Emerging Communities
PAG support clients’ ability to continue to live independently in their home and in the community. All support workers are bi-cultural.
There are 2 different PAGs:

- Small and emerging communities: Assyrian Chaldean, Punjabi, Somali (women’s exercise group), Sri Lankan
- Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Italian, Macedonian, Macedonian (men’s program), Multicultural, Polish

- Holy Trinity Anglican Hall, 27 Pleasant Road, Pascoe Vale

- Spectrum Immigration Services (SIS), Preston Courthouse, 59a Roseberry Ave, Preston
- Thomastown Library, 52 Main St, Thomastown
Funding & Costs
PAG is funded by Home and Community Care (HACC) through Department of Health.
PAG High costs $11 per day and includes meals and transport.
PAG Core is free, participants need to cover entry fees when required during excursions and outings (e.g. museum ticket)
