Communities
Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre (MRC) involves itself in many regional community development activities with refugee and migrant communities, to assist these communities to build their capacity to be well organised and to have effective representative bodies.
In addition, the following services are available:
- Use of Spectrum MRC rooms free of charge for un-funded community groups and associations
- Use of Spectrum MRC buses when available for low cost or free as per nature of request
- Information & Training Sessions– to improve awareness of programs available to communities, as well as building strength of groups
- Being the fund-holder for grant applications (auspicing funding)
- Support with meeting incorporation
- Assistance with filling in grant applications
- Funding support through Spectrum Seeds for Growth Fund- below is the application form and closing date details.
