- Assistance in refugee, humanitarian and family cases
- Advocating on behalf of clients and writing support letters
- Information and advice about migration legislation and provisions
If you would like to speak to one of our settlement consultants, please visit our intake service at 251 High Street Preston (Monday to Friday 1 – 4pm) of 13 Munro Street Coburg (Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1 – 4pm).
You could also contact the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) to find out about immigration procedures.
If you have been in Australia longer than 6 years, you are not eligible for our free service.
