MRC/Spectrum has a process in place enabling students to defer their offer of enrollment. In most cases, if students defer, they will be offered a place in the next available course. If they decline this offer, their enrollment will be terminated without refund.

Applications for deferment must be received one week prior to commencement of the course. If the student does not submit an Application for Deferment form one week prior to course commencement, they will lose their place in the offered course and receive only a partial refund
